Clients must provide all content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. This includes text, images, branding materials, access credentials, and third-party service details.
50% deposit is required before project commencement. The final 50% is payable upon completion. Late payments may attract a 5% weekly fee.
Three revision rounds are included. Additional or scope-changing revisions may be billed separately.
Projects typically span 1–6 weeks depending on complexity. Delays caused by late client input may extend deadlines.
Clients own all final deliverables upon full payment. I retain rights to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
I am not liable for data loss, third-party service failures, or business impacts post-handover. Responsibility for backups and external services rests with the client.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed beyond deposit will be invoiced.
All client information is kept confidential and used only for project execution. No personal data will be sold or misused.
Do not reproduce content without permission. Unauthorized use or tampering with the site is prohibited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be settled in Ghanaian courts.
